Mushroom culture on inoculated log ready to fruit.

Commercial varieties available for growing on logs:

  • Pioppino ,
  • Shiitake,
  • Italian Oyster Mushroom,
  • Sajor Caju,
  • Nameko,
  • Enoki,
  • Lion's Mane,
  • Sulphur polypore,
  • Maitake.

Expected yield: 7kg to 10kg per log over 5 years.

  • Production spread over the seasons,
  • Possible cultivation on pallets or in a Greenhouse-Flex,
  • Yield from the first year,
  • Minimal maintenance: simple regular watering is sufficient (automated) ,
  • Low economic and sustainable investment ,
  • Ideal for starting a mushroom microfarm or a complementary activity,
  • Fruiting up to 6 years after installation.

The logs are delivered by the pallet (20 logs of 100cm) or by the half-pallet (10 logs of 100cm).

Cultivation routes are entrusted to order and mushroom training is offered to support you in establishing your outdoor mushroom farm.

The logs bear fruit all year round and are replaced every 5-6 years.
